1	1	this will only get fixed if user manually deletes AEI-ProxySettings file .. before i deleted it the issue remained in 2.12
2		In addition still f you don't have use proxy selected and you type a wrong number in proxy it will say there's no connection could be established .. while it shouldn't matter if you don't have use proxy selected, I suggest have Hostname or IP and Port number boxes greyed out until Use proxy box is checked.
