    initial v1

2 Like the Galaxy S II, Galaxy Ace has only one physical button on the front that will take you back to the home screen. Flanking it are touch buttons Back and Menu, which disappear on the blackness of the bezel when the phone is powered down. This design apes Apple too obvious, but we really think this is the best button layout for Android phones, in particular because the Home button to activate the screen.

4 Speaking of the screen, this is probably the first place, this phone really starts to show its budget origins. 3.5in size is not quite level 4IN models sported by many of the most powerful smartphones, but it's perfectly adequate, in fact the same size as the iPhone 4, however, it certainly is not the same when it comes to sharpness. With a mere 320 x 480 pixel resolution, it's pixel density is only 164 pixels per inch, compared to 320ppi iPhone and Galaxy S II is 220ppi. The result is Ace looks pretty blocky. You can still read most text messages and e-mails easily enough, but browsing the web can be a bit more tricky.

6 Colors produced by the display is good, so the pictures and videos do not suffer too much in this regard, but the extremes of light and [http://rootgalaxyace.yolasite.com http://rootgalaxyace.yolasite.com] dark detail is somewhat lost and viewing angles are pretty ropey. All said, it is a display that gets the job done for core smartphone duties, but it does not give an additional level of fun browsing through your files, playing games or watching video.
