The purpose of this tool is to allow you to enable the hidden levels, known as layouts, on the ISO.  Once you patch the ISO with this tool, the unlocked layouts will appear in the Load Game menu.  Since Oni 2 only allows 63 layouts to be active at once, and there are 95 in total, you have to choose if you want the first 63 layouts or the remaining 32 to be enabled.\

Simply call this tool from the command line, e.g.:\
