xmlTools: v0.8e, fixed a bug reported by EdT:

mono xmlTools.exe updatechainvalues -filename:OBANheli_body_center.xml -newvalue:"20 10 30" -element:Translation -parelement:OBANKeyFrame

I get the error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

also fixed a bit the documentation o updatechainvalues command
