Settings Dialogue won't close

in version 2.11 .. if you open settings, it has -1 in port number for proxy settings, if you click save even if you don't have use proxy checked it says proxy number must between 1 and 65535, it should only say that if you have use proxy checked. Also now even if i put 1 in port number and click save it doesn't close I have to click cancel to close it.

this will only get fixed if user manually deletes AEI-ProxySettings file .. before i deleted it the issue remained in 2.12
In addition still f you don't have use proxy selected and you type a wrong number in proxy it will say there's no connection could be established .. while it shouldn't matter if you don't have use proxy selected, I suggest have Hostname or IP and Port number boxes greyed out until Use proxy box is checked.
