initial v1 3 3 scenario when it does work is : user opened AEinstaller and was notified about new updates but chooses to not update .. if later while still AEInstaller is open he uses the "Check for Updates" theses same updates show again, but not any new ones made while the AEInstaller was open. 4 4 5 so the "Check for Updates" option should rebuild the mod depot cache .5 so the "Check for Updates" option should rebuild the mod depot cache without closing the AEinstaller.
