#89 closed defect (fixed)
On Macs, intro/outro.mov need copying too

Description
Since Oni for Mac no longer supports the Bink movies, but rather plays QuickTime versions that come with the app, the AEI needs to apply its "Copy intro" and "Copy outro" settings to intro.mov and outro.mov as well, which reside in the GDF like the .bik movies (in fact, the .bik movies do not need to be copied as they are useless to us now).

The AEI treats the movie package as a tool even though its number is above 9999. According to you, this will lead to the movies getting wiped along with the GDF upon each mod installation, since tools are only installed when the user clicks their Install button.

In 1021:
Movies as package, this will auto copy them on installing packages. Requires normal mod packages to consider the "plain" package folder type (done in 2.19).
