Message and progress bar get cut off while globalizing

Description
See attached picture. The text and bar are perfectly centered when the levels are in the single digits, but once we get to 10-19, that happens.

Hmm, oh well, I guess it's another case of a "smart" GUI feature getting in the way.

Can't change the way those dialogs work. Adding blanks didn't increase the size of the dialog either :(
