AE Setup does not seem to create Oni shortcut on desktop in Windows 8.1

Description
Although I checked the box to create a desktop shortcut, I only got one for the AE Installer, not for Oni itself.

Hmm. I had an Oni shortcut on my desktop in another Windows installation where I installed the AE. I really thought it came from the AE Setup. It doesn't seem like much of a "shortcut" to make the player open a Java app in order to launch Oni. Maybe you can add a shortcut for "Oni (AE)" as well?

The box is supposed to only add a shortcut to the AEI as that's the central instance to go through (you can start the game from there anyway).
