File conflict/overwrite alert

Description
Passively alert user, or allow him to call up a window showing file overlap, when one mod will overwrite some/all of the files in another mod, maybe using flagged text in main window or background color in conflicting mod's lines in the mod list.
Also consider marking patch mods in a way that will tell the user that they are not subject to the normal mod number-based precedence (except that they are, in relation to other patches...).

Bumping up to "major" because I do think this is a pretty crucial feature for a mod installer to have.
Another advantage of this feature will be helping us find conflicts in the first place. Once we know about a conflict, we can consider making a patch to avoid the conflict.
