Uhm ..won't that get annoying .. Say u're only clicking on a mod to see its info without any intention of checking or unchecking it or to enter to the context menu or to change window focus the list so you can use the keyboard to switch to a certain letter.

And it was changed in 2.09 and not 2.08 of course.
